Wow I don’t even know where to start. Since we opened our brick and mortar in January 2024 hands down the hardest part thus far has been finding quality suppliers. We have had availability issues with every single order (over half the order not available by the time it’s shipped), going back and forth for refunds and credits due to wrong items, damaged items, etc.

There have been pest concerns and quality issues with every order, the list goes on. As we unloaded the order from you on Thursday, I was in sheer shock and disbelief. The plants coming off the truck were IMMACULATE….I mean not even any shipping stress and that’s to be expected? Not a single yellow leaf? No plants that were so dry they’re wilted, or so wet they end up having rot or fungal issues. These were also normal things with our past deliveries.

I am still in disbelief at not only the quality, but the pricing, availability selection, shipping, health of plants, the whole thing. I just wanted to write and let you know that you and your company have knocked it out of the park with the business you’re doing. In comparison to the bigger and more well-known companies, you guys are wiping the floor with them on every single thing you possibly can. Hands down the best order and order experience we have had to date since being in business.

Since 2019 Mike with Tropical Rainforest sends the best quality plants at a competitive price, and takes care of the shipping cost (which is expensive!) He is a great guy to work with, and is completely honest about what he is sending you.  If there is any issue at all, he takes care of it right away.  He can find some rare gems out there that are hard to find, and doesn’t up-charge an insane rate like others do. Mike is a rare gem himself!
